Custom Digital Systems That Help Your Business Take Flight

PaliTech builds custom websites, online stores, apps, and operational systems, each one designed around how your business actually works instead of forcing you into off-the-shelf tools.

Software that fits is software that saves you time and grows with you.

Built for Everyone Fits No One

Off-the-Shelf Wasn't Built for You

Off-the-shelf software is built for everyone, which means it's built for no one in particular. Maybe you've already felt it: a tool that almost works, that you keep bending your business around. Or maybe you're starting fresh and you already know a template won't cut it. Either way the problem is the same. Generic software wasn't built for how you actually work.

A Website That Doesn't Pull Its Weight

It looks fine, but it doesn't bring in leads or turn visitors into customers.

A Store That Fights How You Sell

Off-the-shelf e-commerce can't handle your products, pricing, or how your customers actually buy.

Disconnected Tools

Scheduling, quotes, invoices, and data scattered across systems that don't talk to each other.

Manual Workarounds

Hours lost every week to spreadsheets and re-entering the same information by hand.

Whether you're fixing something that doesn't fit or building it right from the start, the answer is the same: software made for you.

What We Build

Three ways to work with us, depending on whether you need something built from scratch, fixed, or supported long-term.

Build

Custom Systems, From Scratch

Full builds where we design, develop, and ship the entire system. For businesses that need something purpose-built around how they actually work.

Examples

Custom websites, headless Shopify storefronts, operational platforms, AI agent systems, mobile and web apps

Improve

Fix What's Already There

Targeted work to make an existing system faster, smarter, or more connected. For businesses that already have something working but need it to work better.

Examples

Site speed rescues, store and checkout fixes, system integrations, performance audits, new features

Scale

Ongoing Growth Partnership

Retainer-based work for businesses that need a permanent technical partner. For teams whose systems are evolving alongside their business.

Examples

Feature expansion, ongoing development, performance monitoring, hosting and maintenance

A Guided Flight Path

Every build follows the same path, from understanding how your business works to launching a solution that fits it.

Step 1

Discovery

Understand the business, how it works, and what needs to change.

Step 2

Mapping & Planning

Map out exactly what needs to be built and how the pieces fit.

Step 3

System Architecture

Design the architecture around how your business works.

Step 4

Development

Build it in phases, checking in as we go.

Step 5

Launch

Get it live and make sure everything works.

Step 6

Optimization

Refine and improve it over time.

About

Hi, I'm Amjad, founder of PaliTech.

PaliTech is a small, founder-led studio based in St. Louis. We build custom software for businesses that want it made to fit, whether that's a website, an online store, an app, or a full operational system. The kind of software you don't have to bend your business around.

I work with every client myself. I sit down with you, dig into what's actually slowing the business down or holding it back, and turn that into a clear plan for what to build. I handle the day-to-day and the lighter builds, and for the heavier engineering I work closely with my development team to get it done right. Either way, you're dealing with the person who understands your problem, not getting passed to a salesperson.

Before PaliTech I worked as an engineer inside real industrial plants, diagnosing failures and building things that had to hold up under pressure. I bring the same instinct to software: understand how the thing actually works before building anything. It's why the systems we build tend to fit the business instead of fighting it.

If your current tools are getting in the way, or you're starting fresh and want it built right from the start, let's talk.

Tell us what's broken. We'll tell you what we'd build.

Every project starts with a short discovery call. No pitch, no pressure — we'll learn how your business works and give you an honest read on whether we're a fit.
